I've been living in Chicago for 6 years and what I really like of this crazy cosmopolitan City is that people is getting conscious about our planet, maybe not as I would like but at least the community is taking care of what they should. An example of this: Near my place there was two huge empty places that dogs used to play and you know, do what they have to do..., now one of them it's a fantastic vegetable garden. I love to see kids taking care of their plants, how my kiddos are expecting their lettuces and sunflowers and what can I say: I get inspired every time I'm there: the colors, the shapes of each sprout, Mother Nature is a wonderful thing...
A week ago I was walking with my daughter to School. It was a sunny day and we had plenty of time so we took a different path. You know what? We found another community garden! It was full of flowers; Aura couldn't resist (me neither); we came in and I took some pictures of all the beauties we saw.
