Torta de queso supersimple! Supersimple cheesecake!

Ingredientes / Ingredients:

un pote y medio de queso crema ( 700 gr)
a pot and a half of cream cheese (700 gr)

una lata de leche condensada
a can of condensed milk

3 huevos
3 eggs

rayadura de limon
lemon peels

unas gotas de escencia de vainilla
few drops of vanilla essence

12 vainillas trituradas como arena
12 vanilla sticks ground sand-like

Receta / Recipe

Con las vainillas trituradas se hace un fondo en una tortera que sea facil desmoldar.
With the crushed vanilla, make a floor in a cake pan that is easy to unmold.

Se las aplasta bien, para que queden compactas.
Crush vanilla thoroughly, so that is compact.

Luego por otro lado se mezclan los demas ingredientes y se los vuelca sobre las vainillas.

Se puede hacer por encima otra capa de vainillas trituradas. Yo no se las pongo.

Horno durante mas o menos media hora a temperatura alta.

Dejar enfriar y servir con alguna salcita de frutos rojos.
